I'm the founder of FloAutomate, a one-person software studio building custom web apps, automations, and AI tools for service businesses. I scope, build, deploy, and support every project myself. When you work with FloAutomate, you work with me.
The story
Why FloAutomate exists
Custom software (the kind built around exactly how a business works) has usually been reserved for big companies with big budgets. Everyone else gets handed off-the-shelf tools they have to bend their business around, or an agency full of handoffs and account managers.
I started FloAutomate to change that for service businesses: bespoke software, delivered founder-led, shipped in weeks, and owned by the client. One accountable person who scopes it, builds it, and is still there when you need a change.
The philosophy
Run your business, not your admin
I'm obsessed with automation and efficiency. Most owner-run businesses lose hours every week to busywork: re-typing the same data, chasing payments, rebuilding the same spreadsheet, remembering the thing that mustn't slip through the cracks.
The job of good software is to make that work disappear. I build systems that strip out the repetitive parts so the people who run the business get to actually run it, not babysit their admin.
