Stop typing the same job five times.

I find every place your business types the same details twice, from the enquiry to getting paid, and give you a fixed-price plan to stop it. £750. If the plan can't take 5 hours a week off your admin, you don't pay.

Sound familiar?

Nobody adds up the hours, so it feels like part of running a business. The audit adds them up and shows you how to get them back.

One job, start to finish

Today the same details get typed into every system. After the build, you type them once and the rest fills itself in.

Today

Typed 5 times

  • The enquirytyped
  • The diarytyped again
  • The quotetyped again
  • The invoicetyped again
  • Xerotyped again

After the build

Typed once

An example of one job. Your call maps your own.

What it means for you

Once the plan is built, this is what changes.

  • You type it once

The enquiry fills in the diary, the quote, the invoice and the entry in Xero.

  • You get your evenings back

Ryan at Holland Decorating went from four hours of admin a night to ten minutes.

  • Fewer mistakes

Details typed once can't be mistyped the second time. At Globe Chemist the errors from manual handling are virtually gone.

  • You hire for the right job

If you still take someone on, they can spend the day on your customers.

How it works

Three steps. About three hours of your time in all, and I do the rest.

  1. Step 1: Answer some questions, then tick a sheet for a week

Ten minutes of questions on your phone. Then, for a week, a tick each time someone types something they've already typed somewhere else.

Your time: 10 minutes, then 2 minutes a day

  2. Step 2: Show me one real job

A 90-minute video call. You walk me through one job, from the enquiry to getting paid. I record it with your permission, so every hour I count can be checked.

    Your time: 90 minutes

  3. Step 3: Get your plan

Quick wins you can do yourself arrive within 48 hours of the call. The full plan follows within 10 working days, and I take you through it in an hour.

    Your time: 1 hour

240 hours a year

That's 5 hours a week over 48 working weeks, and it's the least the plan has to find, or you don't pay.

What you get for £750

  • Every place a job gets typed twice, and what it costs you in hours
  • Quick wins you can do yourself, within 48 hours of the call
  • Your job drawn out on one page, to keep
  • A straight answer on every tool you use: keep it, connect it or replace it
  • A fixed-price plan to fix it, with what it saves you in pounds a year
  • If you're hiring: what that person should do instead of typing

£750

fixed, for one business of up to 15 people. No VAT is charged.

The 5-Hour Guarantee

If the plan can't remove at least 5 hours a week of admin, counted from your one-week tally and the recorded walk-through and itemised in the plan, you don't pay.

On time

Your written plan lands within 10 working days of our walk-through call, or the audit is free. The clock pauses while I'm waiting on anything from you.

  • Paid when you book the audit, after the free call. Refunded in full if either guarantee is missed.
  • Go ahead with a build of £3,000 or more within six weeks of the plan and the full £750 comes off it. £375 comes off a smaller one.
  • The plan is yours to use with anyone.

For comparison, an office administrator in the UK averages £25,768 a year before employer's National Insurance and pension (Indeed, October 2026).

Questions

What is a paperwork audit?

A fixed-price check of how a small business handles its paperwork, from the first enquiry to getting paid. I find every place the same details are typed more than once, count the hours from your own week and write a fixed-price plan to remove them. It costs £750, and if the plan can't remove at least 5 hours a week of admin, there's no fee.

Is it right for my business?

It fits if you have 2 to 15 people, you do jobs for customers, and the same job gets typed into three or more places. Admin should take 10 hours a week or more between you. If your admin is mostly phone calls and decisions, a system has less to take off you, and I'll tell you so on the free call.

Why not just hire an admin?

Hire them if you still need to after this. The audit shows which part of that job a system can do for a one-off price, so the person you hire spends the day on work that needs a person.

We already use Xero. Isn't there software for this?

Xero stays. If a setting or an add-on you can buy fixes it, the plan says so. I only price a build for the parts nothing off the shelf does.

How much is it, and when do I pay?

£750, fixed. You pay when you book the audit, after the free call, and you get it all back if the plan can't remove 5 hours a week of admin or arrives late. Go ahead with a build of £3,000 or more within six weeks of the plan and the full £750 comes off it. £375 comes off a smaller one.

Do you need access to Xero? What happens to my data?

Read-only access, removed when we go through the plan. The call is recorded and transcribed with your permission. I use AI to help draft the plan from the transcript and check every line myself. Everything is deleted 90 days after we go through the plan, unless you go on to become a client. The plan never gives tax advice: that stays with your accountant.

What happens after the audit?

That's up to you. Build from the plan yourself, with anyone, or with me. With me, a single automation starts at £1,500 and a full business system at £8,000, both at a fixed price.

What if you disappear?

You own whatever I build. It's documented so any developer can pick it up, and support afterwards is optional.

We have more than 15 people. Can you still help?

Yes. I quote a discovery sized to the business instead. Book the call and tell me about it.

How soon can you start?

You get a start date when you book.

Start with a free 30-minute call

Walk me through one job, from the enquiry to getting paid. By the end you'll know roughly how many hours are in it and whether the audit is worth £750 to you. If it isn't, you'll still leave with a quick win or two.

If the plan can't take 5 hours a week off your admin, or it arrives late, you don't pay.
