Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the FloAutomate website and any enquiry you make through it. By using this site, you agree to them.
Who we are
This website is operated by Zahir Ibrahim, a sole trader trading as “FloAutomate”, based in Southport, Merseyside, United Kingdom. A limited company is forthcoming; these details will be updated on incorporation. You can contact us at zahir@floautomate.com.
The service
FloAutomate designs and builds custom software, web applications, automations, and AI-powered tools for service businesses. This website is an introduction to that work and a way to start a conversation. You can read about our services, browse the portfolio, book a call, or send a brief.
Nothing on this site is a binding offer or quote. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal or statement of work) agreed between us before work begins. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the project agreement takes precedence for that work.
Using this site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, for example by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or submit content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
Intellectual property and ownership
The content of this website (including text, design, graphics, logos, and code) is owned by FloAutomate or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without permission.
For client projects, ownership of the work we build for you is set out in your project agreement. Our standard position is that you own what we build for you on full payment; any pre-existing tools or third-party components remain owned by their respective owners and are licensed for your use.
Third-party links
This site may link to or embed third-party services (such as our booking provider). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
No warranty and limitation of liability
This website is provided on an “as is” basis. While we work to keep it accurate and available, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FloAutomate is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
