A custom business management app that replaced paper, spreadsheets, and gut feel with one source of truth.
The problem
Holland Decorating was running their entire operation manually: estimates done by gut feel, quotes sent inconsistently, workforce scheduling on paper, and invoicing after the fact.
What I built
FloAutomate built a bespoke web app covering the full job lifecycle: an intelligent estimation calculator, automated quote generation, drag-and-drop workforce scheduling, milestone invoicing with Stripe payments, and profit margin reporting. All accessible from any device on site.
The result
The business went from paper-based processes to a streamlined digital operation covering estimation through to payment.

Pipeline tracking
Every job flows through approved → scheduled → in progress → completed, with running totals at each stage. The team can see what's coming, what's earning, and where the bottleneck is, at a glance.

Drag-and-drop scheduling
Unassigned jobs sit at the top. Drag one onto a team member's day and it's scheduled, the worker is notified, and the calendar updates everywhere, on every device, in real time.

Customer ledger
Every customer, every job, every pound: one searchable view. Commercial and residential are separated, jobs and totals run alongside contact details, and adding a new customer takes seconds.

Milestone invoicing with Stripe
Invoices are generated per milestone, sent automatically, and reconciled against incoming Stripe payments. Outstanding, paid, and overdue totals stay live. Chasing money becomes one click instead of a spreadsheet exercise.
